Our Story
The HIDDEN TREASURES Network: Discovering Potential, Sharing the Dream

What began in 2022 as a vision—connecting passionate aviation and STEM educators through shared purpose—has blossomed into a movement.
The name says it all: every young person holds hidden treasures within them—brilliance, courage, and dreams waiting to be discovered. Our network reaches youth in underserved communities worldwide who've been overlooked or left behind, showing them a powerful truth: your potential knows no limits.
Aviation is our catalyst, but the real magic is transformation. When a child takes the controls for the first time, they don't just learn to fly—they learn to believe. And once they realize they can soar, they understand they can achieve anything.
Today, our family includes over one hundred NGOs, educators, schools, colleges, leaders, mentors, and sponsors—all united by one belief: "It's ALL About The Kids."
Standing on the Shoulders of Giants
Our 2025 launch marks a pivotal moment: a central hub where this global network converges under one mission.
Here, we honor the trailblazers—the legendary Tuskegee Airmen who shattered barriers; Bessie Coleman, the first African American woman pilot; Charles Lindbergh, who proved the impossible was just a starting point; and Donald Hall, who engineered The Spirit of St. Louis. Their legacy lives on in the next generation we're building today.

Hidden Treasures Network was born from a partnership between Infinity Aero Club Tampa Bay and Gleim Aviation—bringing together decades of aviation experience and a deep commitment to youth empowerment.
Our mission: build a global network where organizations unite to share knowledge, uplift emerging talent, and impact one million lives by 2030. Together, we create transformational pathways for young people in aviation and STEM.

The Beginning
A loosely connected network of passionate educators, mentors, and aviation enthusiasts began sharing knowledge and resources across organizations.
Network Launch
Hidden Treasures Network officially launches as a central platform to unite over 100 NGOs, educators, schools, colleges, institutions, mentors, and sponsors.
Expansion Phase
Growing to 500+ organizations across 50 countries, impacting 100,000 students.
Mid-Goal Milestone
Reaching 500,000 lives impacted through unified network initiatives.
